Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavors such as smooth milk chocolate, gentle citrus and a soft, relaxed character. This mellow roast is perfect to relax your mind and muscles, whether you're relaxing during a hectic weekday, or winding up at the weekend.

Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with an uplifting scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft, caressing mouthfeel. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with a good book and a warm hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add  buy 1kg coffee beans , and 250ml of off the boil water. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge, and then enjoy.
